When I retired on June 1, 2002, I was teaching philosophy and religion courses at the University of North Dakota. I was also serving churches in various pastoral and consulting capacities. Since my retirement I have been serving as Interim Pastor in Presbyterian churches. LL Goering Associates provides mediation and conflict resolution, as well as other consulting services to individuals, families, churches, and other organizations. I am available to provide pastoral services to churches in transition on an interim or consulting basis. I am also interested in part time adjunct faculty appointments to teach philosophy and religion courses in colleges and universities. I plan to continue academic research and writing in the areas of Philosophy and Religion, and Moral Philosophy.
